BizMate provides an AI-powered customer service chatbot solution for businesses. The Service includes: • AI chatbot widget for customer interaction • Dashboard for managing conversations and bookings • Knowledge base training and customization • Analytics and reporting features
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Payment Terms
For paid plans: • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BizMate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

BizMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
