Everything you need to know about BizMate

Getting Started

Sign Up

  1. Visit the BizMate homepage
  2. Click "Start Free Trial"
  3. Enter your email, password, and store name
  4. Your account is created and you're taken to the dashboard

Try Demo Mode

Explore the dashboard without signing up:

  1. Click "Try Demo" on the homepage
  2. Browse all features with sample data
  3. Click "Sign Up" to start using for real

Dashboard Overview

Main Dashboard

Monitor your AI employee's real-time performance:

Live Chat

  • AI Responding: Customers currently in conversation
  • Resolved: Completed conversations
  • Take Over: Handle the conversation yourself

Training Your AI

Knowledge Base

Click "Knowledge Base" in the sidebar to manage your AI's knowledge.

Types of information you can teach:

  • FAQ: Common questions and answers
  • Service Info: Menu, pricing, hours
  • Store Info: Location, parking, facilities

Adding Content

  1. Click "Add Content" button
  2. Choose method: Manual Entry, URL Crawling, or File Upload
  3. Enter your information
  4. Click "Add"

Widget Installation

Get the Embed Code

Copy the script from the Settings page:

Add to Your Website

Paste the script just before </body> in your HTML.

  • WordPress: Theme Settings > Footer Scripts
